PanicSafe - Oct. 20, 2026 (v2642)

Stimuli timeline - BETA

Build a timed scenario once and replay it the same way across teams, sites and clients. Pick a saved timeline when you start a simulation. Follow it from a new Timeline tab in the Control Center. A “you are here” marker shows where the exercise stands, directors launch each stimulus on cue in one click, and a badge shows how many participants acknowledged it.

Available on request: partners and customers, ask your CSM to enable it.

Required or optional steps

Mark job steps as required or optional, in the playbook editor and in the room’s Jobs tab. The cell sees at a glance what has to happen first.

Mention people in chat

Tag a member in a chat message. The mention stands out in the conversation, so the right person spots it.

Recording indicator

A live REC indicator now shows in video calls while a session is being recorded, so everyone knows.

PanicSafe - Oct. 6, 2026 (v2640)

⚠️ Important change: Groups have been replaced
Groups no longer exist. They have been automatically migrated to crisis roles and teams, so your organization stays exactly as you built it. Your storage permissions have been migrated too. They now follow the teams of your crisis roles, reproducing the way your old groups worked. You can now fine-tune access more precisely: by individual member, by role, or more broadly by team. Take a few minutes to review and adapt your permissions to your needs.

  • SARA is now smarter and more helpful: she can autonomously read, depending on the context, the live room logbook, the current status of jobs, chat messages, and the crisis brief to give you more accurate guidance.

  • You can ask SARA to create new jobs directly from the chat, so you save time when every minute counts.

  • The Jobs and Steps screen has been completely redesigned for more clarity and focus.

  • Who is Responsible, Accountable, Supportive, Consulted, and Informed on each task is now easier to read at a glance.

  • Drag-and-drop is smoother and scrolls more naturally when reorganizing your tasks.

  • Sharing sensitive files is now simpler. Grant access by crisis role, by entire team, to individual accounts, or automatically to everyone currently in a room.

  • You can now verify the integrity of your stored files with a built-in checksum, to be sure they haven't been altered.

  • Improved reliability of account archive and invitation flows.

  • Improved session management and overall platform security.

PanicSafe - Sep. 8, 2026 (v2636)
