Account Activation Guide

Prerequisites

• A smartphone capable of receiving SMS

• A stable Internet connection

• A recent web browser

Activation Steps

1. Receiving the Activation Code

You will receive an SMS containing your unique registration code. Keep this code safe, as it will be necessary for the next steps.

2. Accessing the Platform

Go to PanicSafe via your web browser:

• If you are in Europe: https://app.panicsafe.eu/identity

• If you are in the United States: https://app.panicsafe.us/identity

Choose the appropriate URL based on your geographical location.

3. Creating Your Account

• On the homepage, click on "Received an invitation? Register"

• Fill out the registration form

• In the "Invitation Code" field, enter the code received by SMS

• Set your password

• Accept the "Terms of Use"

• Click "Submit" to validate your registration

4. First Login

• Return to the login page (either app.panicsafe.eu/identity or app.panicsafe.us/identity depending on your region)

• Log in with your newly created credentials

• Add your code received by SMS:

• You now have access to your personal space (tenant)

User Management

To add new users to your tenant:

• Navigate to the "Participants" tab

• Follow the instructions to invite new members

Note: Keep your credentials in a safe place and do not share them with anyone.
