Overview

The Evaluations feature in PanicSafe is an analysis tool that measures your organization's level of preparedness and maturity in crisis situations. Based on structured frameworks, it identifies the strengths and weaknesses of your current setup, and will eventually generate personalized recommendations to improve your security posture.

Feature Objectives

Evaluations allow you to:

  • Objectively measure your level of crisis preparedness

  • Identify gaps in your current framework

  • Track the evolution of your maturity over time

  • Receive recommendations tailored to your context (upcoming feature)

  • Refine your risk profile by integrating maturity factors (upcoming feature)

"Crisis Management Readiness" Framework

The first available framework, "Crisis Management Readiness", is a comprehensive assessment structured in 6 distinct stages.

1. Core Business Activity

Fundamental question: What is your core business activity? The purpose of your organization?

2. Crisis Management Preparedness

Objective: Assessment of your organization's preparation for crisis management

3. My Environment

Objective: Assessment of how your organization is perceived by various stakeholders

4. Digital Usage

Objective: Assessment of digital equipment and applications used in your organization

5. Critical Dependencies

Objective: Identify critical dependencies that could impact your operations during a crisis

6. Data Sensitivity

Objective: Evaluate the sensitivity of data processed by your organization

Evaluation Process

Conducting an Evaluation

  1. Access the Evaluations section in the main menu

  2. Select the "Crisis Management Readiness" framework

  3. Complete the 6 stages successively by answering the questions

  4. Validate your answers at each stage to progress

Approval and Validation

Responses can be validated by a designated manager to ensure information accuracy. This validation process allows:

  • Ensuring the reliability of entered data

  • Involving decision-makers in the process

  • Formally documenting the level of preparedness

  • Creating a history of evaluations to measure progress
